CHILD FIND Frink-Chambers Public School is responsible for identifying, locating and evaluating any children ages 3-21 with known or suspected disabilities who reside within the school districtâs boundaries. Public Law 101-476 mandates confidential evaluation and placement for visually impaired, hearing impaired, physical disabilities, mental disabilities, speech or language disabilities, or emotional disturbances.
