NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, BP America Production Company, has filed an application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) amending pooling Order No. 551292 so that Vanguard Permian, LLC, acting by and through its agent Vanguard Operating, LLC (OTC Operator No. 23638), 5847 San Felipe Street, Suite 3000, Houston, Texas 77057-3399, is designated and declared as Operator under such pooling order of the initial well drilled under such order, as described as follows: Well Name: Resh No. 8-1H Well Well Location: E½ E½ of Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 12 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma API Number: 121-24084 OTC Production Number: 121-124626 (ii) amending pooling Order No. 551292 so that BP America Production Company (OTC Operator No. 01640), 737 N. Eldridge Parkway, Houston, Texas 77079, is designated and declared as Operator under such pooling order of any future subsequent well or wells to be drilled under or otherwise covered by such pooling order as to the development of and the production of hydrocarbons from the Hartshorne Sand, Atoka Sand, Wapanucka, Union Valley, Cromwell Sand, Jefferson, Mississippian and Woodford separate common sources of supply in the 640-acre drilling and spacing units formed therefor in Section 8, Township 3 North, Range 12 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; and (iii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented in this cause. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto and seeks to amend pooling Order No. 551292 in the manner described above. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Commission. Notice is further given that the application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any interested person or party desiring to protest the application in this cause shall have fifteen (15) days from receipt of this notice in which to file with the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma a written protest. Failure to submit a written protest within said fifteen (15) day period shall be deemed consent to the granting of the application. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set for hearing before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 North Lincoln Blvd., Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 30th day of August, 2016, and that this notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission. If this cause is not protested, this matter may be disposed of by announcement, without a hearing.
