NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Applicant, BP America Production Company, has filed an amended application in this cause requesting the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma to enter an order, to be effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto, as follows: (i) approving the multiunit horizontal well involved herein, being the Bowen No. 3-18/7H Well, in the 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing units formed for the Woodford and Hunton separate common sources of supply in Section 18, Township 3 North, Range 12 East of the IM, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, and in the 640-acre horizontal well unit to be formed for the Sylvan common source of supply in said Section 18, so as to allow such multiunit horizontal well to have been drilled into, to have been completed in, and to have produced and to continue to produce hydrocarbons from such separate common sources of supply, with the completion intervals of such multiunit horizontal well located in such lands as set forth below: Subsurface Location Measured Depth (True Vertical Depth) 1st Woodford Completion Interval (Stages 24-14 less area between stages) Beginning - 188 feet from the south line 9,755 feet and 1,569 feet from the east (9,252.00 feet) line of said Section 18 End - 2,434 feet from the south line 12,035 feet and 1,862 feet from the east (9,247.17 feet) line of said Section 18 Subsurface Location Measured Depth (True Vertical Depth) 1st Sylvan Completion Interval (In Stage 13) Beginning - 2,527 feet from the south line 12,128 feet and 1,863 feet from the east (9,244.45 feet) line of said Section 18 End - 2,632 feet from the south line 12,233 feet and 1,863 feet from the east (9,241.78 feet) line of said Section 18 1st Hunton Completion Interval (In Stage 13) Beginning - 2,632 feet from the south line 12,233 feet and 1,863 feet from the east (9,241.78 feet) line of said Section 18 End - 2,615 feet from the north line 12,268 feet and 1,863 feet from the east (9,241.23 feet) Line of said Section 18 2nd Sylvan Completion Interval (In Stage 13) Beginning - 2,615 feet from the north line 12,268 feet and 1,863 feet from the east (9,241.23 feet) line of said Section 18 End - 2,308 feet from the north line 12,577 feet and 1,859 feet from the east (9,214.31 feet) line of said Section 18 2nd Hunton Completion Interval (In Stage 11) Beginning - 2,308 feet from the north line 12,577 feet and 1,859 feet from the east (9,214.31 feet) line of said Section 18 End - 2,199 feet from the north line 12,687 feet and 1,855 feet from the east (9,196.94 feet) line of said Section 18 Subsurface Location Measured Depth (True Vertical Depth) 2nd Woodford Completion Interval (Stages 11-1 less area between stages) Beginning - 2,199 feet from the north line 12,687 feet and 1,855 feet from the east (9,196.94 feet) line of said Section 18 End - 110 feet from the north line 14,782 feet and 1,845 feet from the east (9,099.04 feet) line of said Section 18 (ii) establishing proper allocation factors for allocating the costs of and the production and proceeds from such multiunit horizontal well to each of the affected units covered hereby, as set forth below: 87.937951% - 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing unit formed in said Section 18 for the Woodford common source of supply; 3.878042% - 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing unit formed in said Section 18 for the Hunton common source of supply; 8.184006% - 640-acre horizontal well unit to be formed in said Section 18 for the Sylvan common source of supply; and (iii) granting such other and further relief as may be proper based upon the evidence presented at the hearing herein. Such amended application further states that there is currently pending before the Commission in Cause CD No. 201602897 an amended application of Applicant to form a 640-acre horizontal well unit in said Section 18 for the Sylvan common source of supply, and that the Commission has previously formed 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing units in said Section 18 for the Woodford and Hunton. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the amended application in this cause requests that the order to be entered in this matter be made effective as of the date of the execution thereof or as of a date prior thereto. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause is set before an administrative law judge for hearing, taking of evidence and reporting to the Corporation Commission of Oklahoma. Notice is further given that the amended application in this cause may be amended at such hearing in accordance with the rules of the Commission and the laws of the State of Oklahoma. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this cause will be heard before an administrative law judge on the Conservation Docket at the Western Regional Service Office of the Corporation Commission, Jim Thorpe Building, 2101 North Lincoln, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at 8:30 A.M. on the 16th day of August , 2016, and that this amended notice be published as required by law and the rules of the Commission.
