Such amended application further states that there is currently pending before the Commission in Cause CD No. 201602897 an amended application of Applicant to form a 640-acre horizontal well unit in said Section 18 for the Sylvan common source of supply, and that the Commission has previously formed 640-acre non-horizontal drilling and spacing units in said Section 18 for the Woodford and Hunton.
