Holloway whether living or dead, and if dead, his/her unknown successors, if any The above stated Defendant will take notice that the Plaintiff, Bank of America, N.A., filed its Petition in Foreclosure in the District Court in and for Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, on December 22, 2014, against the above stated Defendant, and said Defendant must answer said Petition on or before the 29th day of August, 2016, or said Petition will be taken as true, and a judgment will be rendered in said action against the above named Defendant, foreclosing her interest in the following described real estate, to wit: THE NORTHERLY 20 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE SOUTHERLY 40 FEET OF LOT 23, IN BLOCK 5, IN CONNALLY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF MCALESTER, PITTSBURG COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
