Cravens, and in rem against the subject real estate and premises herein sued upon, in the sum of, $39,351.55 in principal accrued as of as of January 29, 2016, plus filing costs, a reasonable attorney fee, and other costs advanced by the attorney, plus late charges accrued and accruing, plus advances for taxes, insurance, plus all court costs and future attorneys’ fees incurred with collection of said indebtedness, plus post-judgment interest at the default rate of 21% or the statutory rate on all amounts whichever is greater from the date of said judgment until paid; I, the Sheriff of Pittsburg County, will on the 18th, day of August, 2016, at the hour of 10 o’clock a.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, 115 E. Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma, offer for sale and sell to the highest bidder for cash, the said property above described, or as much thereof as will satisfy said judgment with interest, costs and attorneys’ fees, said sale to be subject to taxes on said property, if any; the total appraised value of said property being the sum of 29,500.00.
