Case No. CJ-2014-126 AMENDED NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE Notice is given that on the 11th day of August, 2016, at 10:00 o’clock a.m., at the front door of the Pittsburg County Courthouse, (lobby) in McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma located at 115 East Carl Albert Parkway, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501, the undersigned Sheriff of said County will offer for sale and sell at public auction, for cash, to the highest bidder, all that certain real property located in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, which is more particularly described as follows: THE EASTERLY 25 FEET OF LOT 18, AND THE WESTERLY 25.5 FEET OF LOT 19, IN BLOCK 347, IN THE CITY OF MCALESTER, FORMERLY SOUTH MCALESTER, PITTSBURG COUNTY, OKLAHOMA (hereinafter “Mortgaged Property”) subject to unpaid taxes, tax sales, and assessments, if any.
