City of McAlester Notice of Public Hearing: 2016/2017-2020/2021 Capital Improvement Program The McAlester City Council will hold a public hearing on the 2016/2017-2020/2021 Capital Improvement Program. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2016, during the City Council meeting that begins at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 28 E. Washington. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public input on the proposed Capital Improvement Program. The 2016/2017-2020/2021 Capital Improvement Program document consists of a schedule listing capital projects together with cost estimates and the proposed method of financing them. The proposed Capital Improvement Program for 2016/2017-2020/2021 is $28,958,708. Input, suggestions, and testimony may be submitted in writing to the City Clerk’s Office at 28 E. Washington, P.O. Box 578, McAlester, OK 74502, prior to the hearing.
