The sale will be made pursuant to a Writ of Special Execution and Order of Sale in Foreclosure issued upon a judgment entered on June 8, 2016, in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, in Case No. CJ-2016-94, wherein Plaintiff, Michele Ransom, Trustee of the Michele Grondin Trust was Plaintiff and Julie Walley and Hollis Walley, aka, Hollis Walley, Sr., were Defendants to satisfy a judgment against Defendants in the sum of $67,118.61 plus interest thereon at the rate of 4.7% per annum from December 8, 2015; title searching expenses in the amount of $150.00; the balance of the insurance premium in the amount of $645.00; ad valorem taxes for 2014 and 2015 in the amount of $1,120.17; the balance of the legal fees incurred in Case No. CJ-2015-127 in the amount of $2,136.93; a reasonable attorneyâs fee incurred herein in the amount of $2,500.00; court costs; and all necessary costs, fees and expenses accruing thereafter through completion of this action; plus any advancements by Plaintiff for any other expenses necessary for the preservation of the property.
