CITY OF McALESTER NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the City of McAlester, Oklahoma will accept sealed bids up to 2:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, April 15, 2016 for Mowing and Nuisance Abatement Services, which include cutting and mowing of weeds, the clean-up of trash and/or debris, tree trimming, and the boarding and securing of structures. Instruction to Bidders and Bid Packets may be obtained at the City of McAlester, Community&Economic Development Department, located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 28 East Washington, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501 or by emailing James Schulz, Code Enforcement Officer, atjames.schulz@cityofmcalester.com.Bids must be sealed and submitted on City bid documents. At 2:00 p.m. (local time), Friday, April 15, 2016 the bids will be opened and read aloud at the Community and Economic Development Department, located on the second floor of the Municipal Building, 28 East Washington, McAlester, Oklahoma 74501. The City of McAlester reserves the right to reject any and all bids; waive irregularities and formalities in any bid submitted.
