NOTICE OF INTENT TO SELECT ENERGY SERVICE COMPANIES (ESCOâs) Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services, Capital Assets Management, Construction and Properties Department (CAM/CAP), Will Rogers Building, 2401 Lincoln Blvd, Suite 212, Oklahoma City, OK 73105, intends to enter into contract with one or more registered Energy Service Companies (ESCOâs) for the purpose of design and implementation of energy conservation services under a pre-qualified statewide contract program. Pre-qualified services under this contract may include, but are not limited to, preliminary audits, cost-benefit analyses, investment grade audits, design and installation of energy conservation measures, training, and identification of other utility cost-saving projects. The contract will be issued for a period of one year with options to renew for up to four (4) additional years, as approved by CAP. To ensure your company receives future Solicitations for ESCOâs, please confirm your company has properly registered with CAP by submitting the CAP Form A305B to CAP@omes.ok.gov on or before Tuesday April 12, 2016.
