(Published in the McAlester News-Capital March 15, 22, 29, 2016.) NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: HUGH BAKER, JEWELL BAKER, G. V. WILLIAMS and HAZEL O. WILLIAMS, and their respective spouses, where not named, if living, and if deceased, the unknown successors of such deceased persons, GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that you have been sued in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, by Petition filed by the plaintiff, Megan Rae Thorpe, in Case No. CV-2016-30, and you must answer the Petition filed by plaintiff on or before the 29 day of April, 2016, or judgment will be rendered against you should you fail to answer, and a decree quieting the title as set out in the petition covering the following described real property situated in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Tract 1: Lot 58 and the Westerly 7 feet of Lot 59, Sooner Haven Addition, according to the subdivision plat thereof recorded in Folio No. 45, as amended and recorded in Book 135, page 8, in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma; Tract 2: Part of Lot 61, Sooner Haven Addition, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 58; Thence North a distance of 6.00 feet to a point; Thence East parallel to the North lines of Lots 58, 59 and 60 to the East line of Lot 61; Thence South along the East line of said Lot 61 to the Southeast Corner of Lot 61; Thence West along the North line of Lots 58, 59 and 60 to the Northwest Corner of Lot 58, that being the point of beginning; Tract 3: A part of Lot 61, Sooner Haven Addition, Pittsburg County, State of Oklahoma, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Corner of Lot 58; Thence N 01°38’46” E parallel to the West line of said Lot 58 a distance of 6.00 feet to the true point of beginning; Thence continuing N 01°38’46” E parallel to said West line a distance of 10.00 feet; Thence S 89°49’10” E parallel to the North lines of Lots 58, 59 and 60 to said Sooner Haven Addition a distance of 181.76 feet to the East line of said Lot 61; Thence S 26°47’21” E along the East line of said Lot 61 a distance of 11.22 feet; Thence N 89°49°10” W parallel to said North line of Lots 58, 59 and 60 a distance of 187.11 feet to the true point of beginning, will be entered in favor of plaintiff and against all defendants named above.
