IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY STATE OF OKLAHOMA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATES OF NORINE BLAIR KNIES, DECEASED AND JUANITA BLAIR PRICE, DECEASED. Case No. PB-2016-139 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING To: All persons interest in the Estates of Norine Blaire Knies, Deceased and Juanita Blair Price: You are hereby notified that on October 20, 2016, the Petitioner, Claire Woodward Grant, filed in the District Court of Pittsburg County a Petition for Summary Administration, and Appointment of Special Administrator. The Petitioner has alleged that: (a) Norine Blair Knies, Deceased, of legal age, died testate on August 18, 1970, domiciled in and residing in Travis County, State of Texas; Juanita Blair Price, Deceased, of legal age, died testate on March 4, 1975, domiciled in and residing in Travis County, State of Texas; (b) Petitioner Claire Woodward Grant is the granddaughter of Norine Blair Knies and the great-niece of Juanita Blair Price; (c-1) The name and address of the heirs or devisees of Norine Blair Knies are: Claire Woodward Grant, 411 Park Drive, Athens, TX 75751 , Anne Woodward Rea, 27112 Bent Trail, Boerne, TX 78006, Nancy Woodward Ward, 1141 Gresham Road, Good Hope, GA 30641, Betsy Woodward Sullivan, 12106 Knobcrest, Houston, TX 77070, Sharon Knies Fry, 5219 84th Street, Lubbock, TX 79424, Blair Knies, 444 Double M Drive, Wimberly, TX 78676, Barbara R. Long, 124 Cedar Ridge Drive, Rockport, TX 78382, Alfred T. Knies, 22607 Sierra Lake Court, Katy, TX 77494, Bill Knies, 20847 Settlers Lane Circle N., Katy, TX 77449, James H. Hawley, 4100 Jackson #516, Austin, TX 78731; and (c-2) The name and address of the heirs or devisees of Juanita Blair Price are: Claire Woodward Grant, Anne Woodward Rea, Nancy Woodward Ward, Betsy Woodward Sullivan, Sharon Knies Fry, Blair Knies, Alfred T. Knies, Bill Knies, James H. Hawley, James H. Hawley, 4100 Jackson #516, Austin, TX 78731. (d-1) that the total value of the Norine Blair Knies’ property in Oklahoma is $5,000.00; (d-2) that the total value of the Juanita Blair Price’s property in Oklahoma is $5,000.00. Petitioner has asked this Court for other summary proceedings pursuant to 58 O.S. 245, et seq. In an Order for Combined Notice entered on November 9, 2016, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration, the final accounting, and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Norine Blair Knies, Deceased, and/or Juanita Blair Price, Deceased, are required to present the same with a description of all security interests and other collateral (if any) held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to Claire Woodward Grant, Personal Representative, c/o Brett Cable, Cable Law, PLLC, 438 E. Carl Albert Pkwy., McAlester, OK 74501-4913, attorney for the Personal Representative, on or before the following presentment date: December 12, 2016, or the same will be forever barred. Notice is also hereby given that a hearing will be held on the 11th day of January, 2017, at 2:30 o’clock p.m. at the Pittsburg County Courthouse, Courtroom #4, 115 E. Carl Albert Pkwy, before Judge Hogan. At the hearing the Court will decide whether to approve the Petition for Summary Administration and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution of the Petitioner. The final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution will be filed herein on or before December 19, 2016. You are hereby advised that you must file objections to the Petition for Summary Administration and the final account and petition for determination of heirs, and distribution at least ten (10) days before the hearing and send a copy to the Petitioner in care of her attorney, or you will be deemed to have waived any objections. If you have no objections, you need not appear at the hearing or make any filings with the Court. If an objection is filed at least ten (10) days before the hearing, the Court will determine at the hearing whether summary proceedings are appropriate and, if so, whether the estate will be distributed and to whom the estate will be distributed.
