Case No. CV-2016-28 NOTICE BY PUBLICATION THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA TO: The above named Defendants, or the heirs, executors, administrators, devisees, trustees, and assigns, and successors, both known and unknown, of the above name Defendants. You and each of you are hereby notified that the above Plaintiffs has filed in the District Court of Haskell County, State of Oklahoma, their Petition against the above named Defendants, or the successors, both immediate and remote, of the above named Defendants, and each of them, alleging that they are the owners of the following described property in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, to-wit: Lots 1-4, Block 137, Town of Quinton, OK, according to the recorded plat thereof (the "property"); and that Defendant claim some right, title, or interest in and to said real property adverse to the Plaintiff's which constitute a cloud on the Plaintiff's title; and that the Plaintiff's title in and to the said property be quieted against the Defendants, and that each of them be perpetually barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any rights, title or interest in said property. That said Defendants, and each of them, must answer the Petition filed by the Plaintiff on or before the 2nd day of May, 2016, or said Petition will be taken as true and judgement rendered adjudging and decreeing the Plaintiff to be the owner of said property and entitled to possession thereof, and that the Defendants have no right, title or interest therein, and quieting the title against all adverse claims of said Defendants.
