(Published in the McAlester News-Capital on September 22nd, 2016.) IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF PITTSBURG COUNTY, STATE OF OKLAHOMA WILLIAM R. SMITH and SUE L. SMITH, husband and wife, Plaintiffs, vs. VALARIE BRINGING GOOD, et al., Defendants. NO. CV-16-80 NOTICE OF TIME LIMIT FOR FILING EXCEPTION OR ELECTION TO TAKE PROPERTY AT APPRAISEMENT The Plaintiffs, William R. Smith and Sue L. Smith, husband and wife, and the Defendants, Valarie Bringing Good, Michael Thomas and Tia Thomas will take notice that the Commissioners appointed by the Court in the above styled Cause have filed a report with the Court Clerk on the 20th day of September, 2016, which report states that a Partition in kind cannot be made, and making an appraisement and valuation of said real property; a copy of said report being attached to this Notice. All of the above named parties who are owners of an interest in the real property will take notice that the time limit for filing an exception to the Commissioners report and for filing an election to take the property at appraisement is not later than 20 days from the date the report was filed.
