PB-2016-104 COMBINED NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, FINAL ACCOUNTING, DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP, DISTRIBUTION AND DISCHARGE TO: All persons interested in the Estate of Bobbie Raymond Hopson, You are hereby notified that on the 15th day of July, 2016, the Petitioner, Teresa Price, residing in Tulsa County, Oklahoma, filed in the District Court of Pittsburg County, Oklahoma, a Petition for Letters of Administration, the Petitioner has alleged that Bobbie Raymond Hopson, age 66, died on June 2, 2011, domiciled in and residing at McAlester, Oklahoma, Pittsburg County and that the total value of the decedent's property in Oklahoma is $55,000.00. Decedent died intestate. The heirs and devisees are as follows: Teresa Price 5318 S 77th E Ave., Tulsa, OK Angela Short 910 E Madison Ave., McAlester, OK In an Order for Combined Notice entered herein, the Court found that it should dispense with the regular estate proceedings prescribed by law and order notice to creditors and issue an order for hearing upon the Petition for Summary Administration and Administer Letters of Administration, the final accounting and petition for determination of heirs, legatees and devisees and distribution. Pursuant to the Order for Combined Notice, all creditors having claims against Estate of Bobbie Raymond Hopson, deceased, are required to present same, with a description of all security interest and other collateral, if any, held by each creditor with respect to such claim, to the Petitioner at the Northcutt Law Firm 321 S, Third St., Suite 10, McAlester, OK 74501, on or before the following presentment date October 5, 2016, or the same will be forever barred.
